Rest Stops will be dispersed approximately every 1-2 hours along the ride to keep you fueled and hydrated for the day. You can expect Science in Sport energy gels, bars, fruit, healthy snacks, water, and electrolyte mix.
The 55-mile route will feature 3 full rest stops and one additional hydration stops to refill on water.
